Technical lead (Remote)

Experience: 5-7 Yrs
Location: Bangalore, India

We are looking for a Technical Lead whose main responsibility is to perform code refactoring, code reviews, API design, and contributing to architectural designs of our Conversational AI platform. You will be leading a small team of highly skilled full-stack engineers.

This position is full-time and based in India.

What you'll be doing :

• Perform code reviews
• Design APIs and API integration with external platforms
• Architecting new modules and microservices that will be added to the platform
• Code refactoring for existing modules
• Product solutioning, covering API integration and deployment aspects
• Planning on-prem deployments according to client requirements
• Work on production support issues
• Participate in design and requirement gathering sessions with clients.

What skills you will need:

• 7 years plus of total experience in full-stack development
• Past experience as a tech-lead
• Development experience using Node.js or Python
• Experience in solutioning on AWS or GCP
• Experience in MongoDB and MySQL
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience in audio streaming or VoIP is a plus
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing and performance testing
• Experience working in Agile methodology

Education & Personal character requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• Written and spoken proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, write and interpret business and technical documents.
